Parents & Citizens

The P & C Association meets on the second Wednesday of each month in school term time.

Meetings commence at 7.30 pm and are held in the Library unless otherwise specified.

The P & C contributes substantially to the life of Fort Street High School. It provides a forum which enables parents to contribute to the organisation and direction of the school.

There are five major areas in which the P & C contributes to Fort Street High School:

• Support for Public Education
• Community Awareness
• Participation of Parents
• Interaction with School Staff
• Support for the School

P & C support to the school will be directed at the school's physical environment, particularly the issue of aircraft noise; the improvement of communication through Mercurius and the School website; and the need to increase our fundraising activities.
